Dear Mr. Snow,
On the last day of the year, my son and I visited your shop to buy some fish.
Amongst the produce we wanted to buy was some fresh fish (salmon and tuna) from which to make some sushi of which my son (visiting from Holland) is keen off.
Although there were various sides of these fish available, you very kindly did advice us against a purchase, because the fish wasn't deemed fresh enough for its intended purpose.
Although it is understandable that a trader wants to clear his stock on this particular day of the year, your advice has been very much appreciated and proves that you rather sell quality than quantity.
